If you need to know how to create a credit memo – you can find step-by-step instructions on SOLID Help. It contains everything from understanding financial documents, to detailed instructions on how to build a product.
And it just got better.
Filled with awesome new features including (but certainly not limited to) single-click access, an easy to navigate interface, video tutorials and great search functionality, SOLID Help is our way of making sure our customers have everything they need to achieve their goals.
Whether you’ve used it before or it’s the first time you’re hearing about it, SOLID Help is available exclusively for our customers and is essentially a knowledge base of SOLID how-to articles, tutorials, explainer videos and more.
So – What’s all the fuss about?
From today, any of our customers who access the Help resource will enjoy:
- A Better structure. Everything you need is right there on the homepage. From ‘quick start’ videos, to role-specific articles, to our most commonly asked questions
- Great Search. Need something specific? Just ask. Type in your query and if we’ve written about it, you’ll know the answer
- Suggestions. If there’s a particular article you’d like to see – just let us know (disclaimer: This is not a Support site, so we won’t answer any instance-specific support queries). You can also let us know if a particular article was helpful or not by clicking the button at the bottom of the screen
- Videos. Animation is our friend and we love using these tools to make our customers’ lives better (and our Help content even easier to understand).
- Great Content. Built with a 100% focus on our customer’s needs, SOLID Help is designed… Well… to be helpful 🙂 So we’re continuing to add great content to the site – just check out our monthly ‘Round Up’ emails to see what’s new.
- More Accessible. Enjoy seamless access from within your SOLID instance. Just click the ‘Help’ button from within your workspace – that’s it. One click. Easy huh?

Open your favourite website browser and login to your SOLID instance. Click the “Help” button in the top right-hand corner of the workspace:
